Advancing agriculture and rural transformation

The International Conference on Sustainable Transformation of Rural Areas in the Digital Era (STRIDE 2026), sponsored by ARES, will be held on December 5, 2026, in Hanoi, Vietnam, hosted by the Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA). The conference is organized in both online and in-person formats.

STRIDE 2026 aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, academia and government agencies to discuss research on agriculture and rural transformation. The conference will feature contributed paper presentations as well as lectures by invited keynote speakers.

Submission guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit original research. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in the STRIDE 2026 conference proceedings.

Approximately 250–300 words, submitted in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.

Review
All submitted manuscripts are subject to strict double-blind peer review. The accepted manuscripts will be published in the STRIDE 2026 proceeding with an ISBN and will be selected for presentation.

Publication. Papers presented at the conference will be published in the STRIDE 2026 conference proceedings.
